By means of linear and circular interpolation on X, Y and Z axis, the machine can process glasses of any shape and profile.
CONCEPT can also make holes, internal and external millings and routings. It is equipped with high precision electro spindle and aluminum working table which can be divided in two areas. The machine works in two ways: - using the whole working table for a big glass - sharing the table in two areas for small glasses. The operator can load/unload glasses on one of the working areas in safe conditions, while the machine is processing glasses on the other area. CONCEPT is equipped with an automatic tool store.
