Numerical control loading unit to transfer glass sheet from vertical plane to horizontal plane.
Available as unloading unit, too.
All mouvements are done by numerical control.
X, Z and W axes are moved by means of Brushless motors and teir positioning is controlled by individual rotary encoder.
Single large glass sheet or several small sheets can be loaded during each cycle.
The loading unit is complete with a motorized roller conveyor.
Glass centering/positioning is accomplished by electrical sensors and pneumatic cylinder.
CARGO can be equipped with a special system to rotate the glass through an angle of 90° and can be complete with two pallets carousel.
The loading units CARGO are available in different versions, basing on glass size; all can be produced as unloading units (CARGO U series).
